1. Adjust the entire line or the entire hydraulic system to achieve stable and reliable performance.
2, the various parameters of the hydraulic system, eg: force, speed, start and end of the stroke, the time of each action and the total time of the entire work cycle, etc., should be adjusted to the technical indicators required by the original design.
3. In the debugging process, it is necessary to discriminate the power loss of the entire hydraulic system and the change of the temperature rise of the working fluid.
4. Check the sensitivity and reliability of each operating mechanism.
5. Check the reliability of each adjustable component.
6. Any component that does not meet the design requirements and defects must be repaired or replaced.
The commissioning of the hydraulic system should generally be carried out in the order of pump station commissioning and system commissioning. All kinds of debugging projects are carried out from part to system as a whole, that is, components, single machines, regional linkages, unit linkages, etc.
1, pump station debugging
a. Run for 10 to 20 minutes under no-load operation. When starting the hydraulic pump, loosen the relief valve or be in the unloading position, so that the system can run empty without pressure. Watch the magnitude of the unloading pressure? Is the operation normal? Is there any harsh noise? Is there too much foam in the liquid level in the tank? Is the oil level within the specified range?
b. After continuous operation for a period of time (usually 30 minutes), the temperature rise of the oil should be within the allowable range (normal working oil temperature is 35-60 ° C).
c. Adjust the overflow valve and gradually divide the pressure boost. Each gear is 3~5Mpa, and each gear is running for 10min until it is adjusted to the set pressure value of the relief valve.
d. Pay close attention to the pressure difference change before and after the oil filter. If the pressure difference increases, the filter element should be replaced or flushed at any time.
2, system pressure debugging
The pressure regulation of the system should start from the main relief valve with the most pressure setting, and adjust the pressure valve of each branch circuit one by one. After the pressure is set, the adjustment screw must be locked.
a. The unloading pressure of the hydraulic pump is generally controlled within 0.3Mpa. For the smooth addition of the back pressure valve, the back pressure is generally in the range of 0.3-0.5Mpa; the back pressure of the return line is generally in the range of 0.2-0.3Mpa.
b. Adjust the unloading valve of the double pump to be 15% to 20% larger than the actual pressure required for the fast stroke.
c. The adjustment pressure of the relief valve is generally 10% to 20% larger than the working pressure at the maximum load.
d. Adjust the pressure reducing valve on each branch to make the outlet pressure of the pressure reducing valve reach the required value and observe whether the pressure is stable.
e. Adjust the sequence valve so that the adjustment pressure of the sequence valve is 0.5~0.8Mpa larger than the working pressure of the actuator that operates first.
f. Adjust the sending pressure and return interval value of the pressure relay so that the sending value is 0.3~0.5Mpa higher than the working pressure of the controlled actuator; the return interval value is generally 0.35~0.8MPa.
g. Hydraulic system with accumulator, the accumulator working pressure setting should be consistent with the working pressure value of the actuator it controls. When the accumulator is placed in the hydraulic pump station, the pressure adjustment value should be 0.4~0.7Mpa lower than the relief valve setting pressure value.
