When the hammer strikes the work object in a plane, it should be parallel to the plane of the object to be hit, so as to avoid slipping and damaging the work object.
When using a hand hammer, the following points should be noted.
1. The hammer surface should be free of cracks, nicks and curls.
2, hammer, hammer surface and the palm of the operator's palm shall not have oil, otherwise using a hand hammer, prone to hand hammer from the risk of slipping out of the E, wounding injuries.
3. The wedge of the hammer handle should not be loose or fall off. Otherwise, the hammer may fly out of the wound and cause injury.
4. During the operation, it is forbidden to wear gloves to prevent the hand hammer slipping out of the hand.
5, the operator must choose the appropriate working position, do not allow the two opposite to beat the hammer, and pay attention to the surrounding environment.
6. It is forbidden to use the hammer as a horn, and it is forbidden to hammer the quenched workpiece.
