working principle
In a state where the air hammer is not supplied with compressed air (3-6 kg/cm2), the magnetic piston is fixed to the substrate by a strong magnetic force. When the solenoid valve is energized, the compressed air flows into the body of the air hammer, and the pressure in the body increases. When the magnetic force is greater than the magnetic force, the magnetic piston is separated from the substrate at a high speed, and the reaction force of the strong magnetic force generates a strong counterattack force, and the high-speed falling magnetic piston strikes the substrate. The impact force is transmitted to the silo, and the attached dust is shot down with a strong impact force. When the solenoid valve stops energizing, the compressed air is discharged, so the magnetic piston is slowly raised by the return spring and then brought close to the substrate, and the magnetic body is closely attached to the substrate to return to the original. status.

Choose an air hammer to consider from the following aspects

4. According to the shape of the silo, one set of conical silo and two sets of conical tanks. Practice has proved that the corner cone silo has a worse vibration effect than the conical silo and the propagation efficiency is low.

Installation instructions
First, the installation
1. Machining a connecting plate according to the size of the connecting hole of the base and welding it to the tapered part of the silo. Or weld to the cone of the silo with the corresponding channel steel. (Use intermittent welding when welding)
2. Whether it is the connecting plate or the channel steel, the contact surface of the air hammer should be flat. Otherwise, when the screw is tightened, the air hammer cylinder will be deformed to stop the vibration.
3. Fix the air hammer to the connecting plate with bolts. (To add a flat washer and spring washer)
4. Connect the air supply hose to the air hammer and use it.
5, use for a period of time (preferably weekly), to check whether the tie rod and flange screws are loose, it should be tightened in time to prolong the service life of the hammer. Otherwise, the tie rod is easily broken.
